About the role

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Matrix’s operating assets, identifying deviations and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures.
  • Validate incidents recorded in the Daily Occurrence Report.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to ensure asset availability and efficiency.
  • Conduct failure analyses, technical reports and performance diagnostics.
  • Evaluate operational data and propose improvements focused on energy optimization and reduction of operational costs.
  • Provide technical support for the integration of new projects.
  • Prepare maneuver plans for interventions on assets.
  • Support technical audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Interact with suppliers, integrators and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation and Control, Energy or a related field.
  • Technical English (reading and interpreting manuals, standards and documentation).
  • Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and Power BI.
  • Experience with operation of electrical generation, distribution or transmission systems.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
