About the role
- Develop and execute a robust product strategy for our platform and technology initiatives;
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of effective and scalable solutions;
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, internal feedback, and market trends;
- Coordinate and manage the full product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond;
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical product management, with an emphasis on platforms and technology;
- Solid knowledge of current technologies;
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams;
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
