About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting on site or via phone
Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of various products
Oversee and support third-party installers during customers' installations
Test and troubleshoot system functions and train customers in operation and maintenance
Coordinate service schedule with customers at various locations
Create detailed reports for installations and technical support issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Certificate of Completion from a technical or trade school
Industrial maintenance/electrical experience and background preferred
Fork truck or telehandler maintenance or troubleshooting experience
Basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management skills and organization skills
Safety-minded (safety must be a priority)
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Quality minded, resourceful, and dependable
