About the role

  • Serves as a leader who performs business development and program/project management and execution for a variety of clients
  • Schedules and executes contract requirements on-time and on-budget
  • Works with local, regional, state, and federal-level clients to assist them in achieving goals
  • Supports proposal development and project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and organizing teams
  • Plans and organizes facilitation of virtual and in-person engagements with project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study
  • Minimum of twenty years of work-related experience
  • Experience working with or for the Department of Defense
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to synthesize and distill disparate sources into concise reports/presentations
  • Strong skillset in Microsoft office applications
  • Supervisory responsibilities are expected to grow into a leadership role
