About the role
- Oversee the marketing and graphics team
- Manage campaigns across all 13 business units
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate corporate goals into actionable marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth goals
- Track KPIs and evaluate campaign performance
- Lead change and improve processes across a matrixed organization
- Manage production of marketing content across multiple channels
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including content development and performance tracking
- Provide creative/art direction for graphic design projects
- Coordinate internal teams for industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience
- Team leadership
- Multi-channel marketing execution
- Experience in professional services marketing, AEC or related industry preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional writing and editing across digital and print channels
- Hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Portfolio required demonstrating writing samples, visual/graphic work, and relevant marketing projects
