About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition by proactively prospecting both outbound and inbound leads.
- Qualifying opportunities and building relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with aligned Account Executives to identify and target key accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proficient with sales engagement tools like Gong, AI tools, Salesforce (SFDC) and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with phone calls and emails to engage prospects.
- Team player who can collaborate with others across the organisation.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
