Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition by proactively prospecting both outbound and inbound leads.
  • Qualifying opportunities and building relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating with aligned Account Executives to identify and target key accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proficient with sales engagement tools like Gong, AI tools, Salesforce (SFDC) and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in tools such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with phone calls and emails to engage prospects.
  • Team player who can collaborate with others across the organisation.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
