About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain features in Node.js APIs.
  • Work on frontend applications using React and Next.js.
  • Fix, evolve and sustain legacy systems and new architectures.
  • Investigate end-to-end issues across frontend, backend and database.
  • Support the evolution of business rules related to campaigns, participants, KPIs and administrative workflows.
  • Participate in incremental refactorings and reduction of technical debt.
  • Contribute to the gradual modernization of the tech stack.
  • Support technical standardization across projects and squads.
  • Work with dashboards, reports, data import/export and administrative routines.
  • Contribute to improvements in application reliability, organization and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership, product and operations to build viable and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with Express and/or NestJS.
  • Experience with React.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with ORMs such as Prisma, TypeORM or similar.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including JWT and refresh tokens.
  • Ability to read, understand and evolve legacy code.
  • Strong autonomy for investigating bugs and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to work integrally across frontend, backend and database.
