About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and refresh a wide range of marketing materials, including:
- Sales collateral such as pitch decks, flyers, case studies
- Content marketing assets such as whitepapers, reports, and infographics
- Email graphics and layouts
- Conference and event materials such as signage, booth graphics, handouts, and swag
- Occasional website or landing page design support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
- Ability to design for both professional B2B audiences and consumer-facing B2C audiences
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand consistency, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in programs such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google slides
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Familiarity with mortgage, insurance, fintech, or real estate industries is a plus
- HTML email experience is a plus
