Customer Success Manager

• Design and run onboarding for every new customer, getting them live, connected, and seeing value within 30 days
• Own renewals across the full book, identify risk proactively before the customer tells you
• Track usage signals to spot expansion opportunities and work with sales to act on them
• Build process & Run QBRs and health check cadences that keep Matia tied to customer outcomes
• Translate customer feedback into specific, actionable product input, patterns across accounts, not just one-off requests
• Define the CS foundation: health scores, success metrics, escalation paths, and sales handoff process
• Set up the tooling and document everything so this role can scale
• Elevate our best customers and pass off to marketing and sales to develop content and capture stories

Solutions Engineer

• Be Technical Sales Point of Contact: Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to showcase features, functionalities, and benefits of the company’s offerings. Tailor demonstrations and execute workshops to address specific client challenges.
• Craft content & develop technical diagrams to show customers how to leverage Matia for specific use cases.
• Drive Customer Success: Enable onboarding for customers onto Matia platform, helping with technical integrations and data connections and provide support as needed. Be a technical partner with the customer to provide the best experience using Matia.
• Bridge Product & Market: Partner with marketing to create demos, documentation, and provide other thought leadership opportunities around the Matia platform with the data engineering community.
• Partner with the product team to influence product roadmap and drive the Matia platform based on customer interactions.

Sales Development Rep

• Build the Pipeline: Identify, target, and engage potential customers in the data and engineering space, through cold calling, emails, social outreach, and other methods (carrier pigeons?) to prospective customers
• Secure Qualified Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, and potentially play a role in helping close accounts as you grow
• Collaborate with Product: Partner with the product team to relay customer feedback, identify feature requests, and shape Matia’s roadmap
• Develop & Iterate on Messaging: Work closely with leadership & Marketing to refine our messaging and positioning in the market; help test new messaging in market
• Evangelize the Platform: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, educating them on the value of Matia’s platform and how it solves their challenges
• Research, Track & Log: Track and log activities and commitments in HubSpot and other sales tools; Not the most glamorous part of the role, but necessary
• Be a Builder: Create and iterate on top of funnel processes as we grow
