About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the DACH sales strategy
- Act as the primary contact for all OdonAssist™ activities in Germany
- Organizes participations at national congresses and clinical events
- Coordinates clinical training sessions for obstetric teams
- Manages inbound and outbound marketing
- Oversees budgeting and reporting for national activities
- Negotiates contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Reviews financial statements to ensure financial goals are met
- Collaborates with Medical Affairs leader for maternity hospital strategies
- Engages with MNHI Europe Customer Care team for customer service
- Leads engagement with hospital procurement functions
- Interacts with Regulatory and Quality team for product registration
- Works with marketing communications team for campaign execution
- Engages closely with Finance and Operations for business planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Medical field
- At least 10 years of experience in business development/marketing/senior sales in medical technology industry
- Previous experience in a Country Lead role in Germany or DACH region
- Proven track record in creating and implementing business strategies
- Experience in account management for hospital maternities
- Proven experience in tracking performance indicators
- Team management experience
- Background in obstetrics or women’s health a plus
- Strong understanding of maternal and newborn care pathways
- Strong existing network in obstetrics preferred
- Experience working in start-up environment preferred
