About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identification, evaluation and implementation of AI-based solutions within our products as well as internal processes
- Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog for AI-related features
- Close collaboration with development teams and management of the agile implementation of modern AI and automation solutions
- Analysis of technological developments around Generative AI and derivation of strategic recommendations
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and support in establishing AI applications within the company
- Evaluation of customer feedback, user behavior and process metrics to further develop AI solutions
- Support in defining governance, security and compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in software development projects
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, Generative AI, process automation and modern product technologies
- Practical experience with AI-powered products, LLMs, copilots or automation solutions
- Excellent knowledge of agile development methods such as Scrum
- Analytical thinking and structured integration of technical and business requirements
- Self-initiative, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for new technologies
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
