About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own platform awareness, adoption, and loyalty across the Southeast through in-person engagement
  • Drive member activation and reactivation by identifying key influencers
  • Plan and execute local and regional events—owning the experience end-to-end
  • Lead virtual platform demos, member onboarding, and brand rep trainings
  • Design and execute on-brand gifting programs for high-value members
  • Track territory KPIs, surfacing firm needs and competitor activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years in field marketing, brand representation, or community engagement
  • A natural relationship builder energized by in-person connection
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events and trainings
  • An ownership mentality—treat your territory like your own business
  • Comfort with ~80% regional travel
  • A data-first approach: track KPIs and report accurately
  • Design-curious and credible in the A&D community; existing network is a plus
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-growing company
