About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Our current team in Germany includes 6 sales interns who handle the initial conversations with interested apartment owners
8 sales managers demonstrate our platform to apartment owners, help them choose the right offering and support them through to the sale
Intensive onboarding during the first 3 weeks
Regular coaching and team knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous development

You are eager to develop your communication skills and learn from our experienced team
Others tell you that you are a good communicator or an especially strong listener
You want to work in a team that supports one another, sticks together during challenging times and celebrates successes together
Sales experience is not required
