About the role
- You guide new clients through the setup phase on our platform.
- You coordinate and communicate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, Sales) as well as external partners (banks, service providers).
- You contribute to product development by relaying valuable client feedback to the product and tech teams.
- You oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure structured execution.
Requirements
- You can explain complex topics clearly and are service-oriented.
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
- You roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges proactively.
- You want to make an impact and improve processes.
- You are fluent in German at C2 level and communicate confidently in English.
