About the role
- Engage potential customers and educate them about our product
- Show the homeowners our platform and assist them in selecting suitable offers
- Support customers throughout the process until the sale is closed
- Participate in coaching sessions and develop your personal sales style

- Contact with various types of people
- Eager to develop communicatively and learn from our experienced team
- Good speaking and listening skills (talking is silver, listening is gold in sales)
- Working in a supportive team that stands together in difficult times and celebrates successes together in good times
- Enthusiasm for digitalizing the still somewhat dusty real estate industry
