About the role
- You will build structures and processes in Berlin, Cologne or Munich together with the management team
- You will manage your own condominium associations (WEGs), handling all accounting, legal and building-related matters
- You will manage, motivate, and develop a remote team of 3–6 property managers across different locations
- You will act as the balancing factor between property owners and in dealings with third parties
Requirements
- You have experience in condominium (WEG) management and in leading a team
- You approach problems in a structured way and persist until you find an appropriate solution
- You have strong communication skills and quickly build rapport with others
- You are adept at reconciling the expectations of diverse stakeholder groups
- You are fluent in German and able to communicate in English
