About the role
- Lead and develop a Sales team of approximately 8 people (SDRs & AEs)
- Establish a strong performance and team culture
- Manage revenue performance through KPIs and optimize conversion rates
- Ensure high efficiency and productivity
- Coach, motivate, and develop the team through trainings and challenges
- Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Operations, and Recruiting
- Implement structuring projects to build a scalable sales organization
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Sales Team Lead
- 2–3 years of closing experience, including larger deals (>€15k ARPU)
- Proven success in complex sales cycles
- Analytical and KPI-driven
- Structured and organized working style
- Strong hunter/sales mindset
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive structuring projects
