About the role
- The team is made up of sales interns and sales managers who advise and support condominium owners
- Intensive onboarding during the first 3 weeks
- Regular knowledge-sharing with teammates for ongoing professional development
- Responsible for your own sales closures and for guiding prospects through to contract signing
- Opportunity to take on small projects after 6–12 months
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with different types of people
- Willingness to develop communication skills and learn from an experienced team
- Ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly
- Team player who supports colleagues during challenging times
- Interest in advancing digitalization in the real estate industry
- Sales experience is not required — the essential skills can be learned
