About the role
- You will help build the structures and processes in Munich, Berlin, or Cologne together with management
- You will take responsibility for managing your client accounts
- On behalf of the property owners, you will act as project manager for major building works
- You will be the balancing factor among owners and in communications with third parties
Requirements
- You approach problems in a structured way and follow them through until you find a suitable solution
- You have strong communication skills and quickly build rapport with people
- You are skilled at aligning the expectations of different stakeholder groups
- You have some prior experience in real estate, law, or accounting
- You speak German fluently and can communicate confidently in English
