About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Running management reporting process
Unit economics analysis
Building and maintaining financial forecasts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of overall experience in finance.
Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner.
Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building and working with financial models.
English at Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for regular verbal communication with teams in Brazil and Poland.
Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
Structured approach, self-sufficiency, and the ability to learn quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-mode environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration.
Your additional advantages: Experience in a Big Four company (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC).
ACCA certification.
Experience in large product companies or international corporations.
Experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes.
