About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Running management reporting process
- Unit economics analysis
- Building and maintaining financial forecasts.
- Participating in tax-related projects.
- Gradually taking over the majority of the CFO's functions.
- Working with full autonomy in managing financial processes.
- Identifying and solving business problems, and optimizing processes.
- Acting as a key contributor to business decision-making and influencing business metrics.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of overall experience in finance.
- Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner.
- Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building and working with financial models.
- English at Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for regular verbal communication with teams in Brazil and Poland.
- Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
- Structured approach, self-sufficiency, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-mode environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration.
- Your additional advantages: Experience in a Big Four company (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC).
- ACCA certification.
- Experience in large product companies or international corporations.
- Experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes.
- Negotiation skills.
