About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Auditing our funnels, finding drop-off points, and proposing changes.
- Owning a quiz-to-purchase conversion, with a clear first-month improvement goal.
- Aligning funnels to creative concepts, together with the Creative Marketing team.
- Growing upsell rate through new hypotheses and iterations.
- Researching user pains and audience trends with Creative Marketing.
- Digging into analytics to understand drop-offs and improve quiz completion.
- Building and testing changes yourself in our funnel builder.
- Handling small paywall design tweaks as needed.
- Setting up the Product Marketing function itself: process and workflows, and later mentoring junior PMMs as we scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years as a Product Marketing Manager on a B2C product.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing web funnels (quizzes, landing pages).
- Strong research mindset, able to turn insight into testable hypotheses.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with amplitude.
- An autonomous and comfortable building process where none exists yet.
- B2+ English.
- Experience with product or UX design, especially quizzes and paywalls (additional advantage).
- Understanding of creative marketing, what makes a hook or concept work (additional advantage).
- Experience scaling a product or funnel from 0 to 1 (additional advantage).
