Key responsibilities & impact

Start with a full audit of our acquisition setup and a clear action plan.
Launch and scale campaigns across Meta, optimizing against CAC and ROAS targets.
Contribute creative ideas and help produce high-performing assets.
Improve existing UA flows and run growth experiments that move CAC, LTV, and CR.
Monitor ad-account and user-journey metrics, and adjust on what the data tells you.
Build experimentation frameworks and report on what's working, what's next, and why.
Hunt for new channels, markets, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of media buying and user acquisition experience in a product company.
Management experience or readiness to step up to building and leading a team.
Proven track record of scaling Meta ads with a budget of $1M+.
Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets is essential.
Strong analytical skills with campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing expertise.
A 'builder's' mentality, comfortable creating and scaling from the ground up.
Expertise in optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR metrics.
Experience in optimizing creatives at the campaign setup level and using creative factory insights to drive scalable marketing performance.
Proven track record in scaling user acquisition for new products from 0 to 1, from idea validation to scalable growth.
English - upper-intermediate level or higher.
