About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell our courses to the Brazilian market via phone, chat, and email — working with inbound leads;
- Be responsible for building a robust, complete, and validated sales pipeline;
- Work with the CRM system;
- Propose ideas to improve the quality of negotiations and increase sales conversions;
- Participate in the creation of sales processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2C phone sales, ideally in edtech or bootcamps;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and consistent;
- Native Portuguese speaker;
- Must have your own laptop and headset.
