About the role
- Design landing pages for new and existing educational programs.
- Enhance and optimize the website, focusing on conversion rate and A/B testing.
- Design promotional materials and assets for marketing campaigns.
- Create presentations, banners, and other marketing content.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the website design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design or web design: 0.5–1.5 years
- UI / Visual Design: Websites and landing pages
- Graphic Design: Promo materials, banners, presentations, and illustrations
- Conversion-focused design (CRO basics)
- UX Research: Surveys, interviews, competitive analysis
- Design Systems knowledge
- Basic understanding of design processes like JTBD, Double Diamond, and Design Thinking
- Microcopy & UX writing fundamentals
- Cross-functional collaboration and design handoff
- English level: Intermediate (B1)
