About the role
- Managing your creative process from idea to launch
- Developing concepts that drive paid traffic and crush KPIs based on key performance metrics
- Working with different types of creatives (static, video, and UGC content)
- Approving, reviewing, and improving creatives with data-driven feedback
- Analyzing creative performance and generating ideas for optimization based on data
- Spotting trends before they go mainstream — and turning them into growth
- Researching and testing new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process
Requirements
- 1,5+ years driving performance for B2C products
- Strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
- Understand a target audience and know how to craft creatives that speak directly to their pain points
- Write killer briefs for designers and motion teams
- English level is B2+
