Job Level

About the role

  • Managing your creative process from idea to launch
  • Developing concepts that drive paid traffic and crush KPIs based on key performance metrics
  • Working with different types of creatives (static, video, and UGC content)
  • Approving, reviewing, and improving creatives with data-driven feedback
  • Analyzing creative performance and generating ideas for optimization based on data
  • Spotting trends before they go mainstream — and turning them into growth
  • Researching and testing new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process

Requirements

  • 1,5+ years driving performance for B2C products
  • Strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
  • Understand a target audience and know how to craft creatives that speak directly to their pain points
  • Write killer briefs for designers and motion teams
  • English level is B2+
Benefits
  • Freedom to build. No micromanagement. No politics. No fluff
  • Top-tier team. You’ll work with proven operators, product thinkers, and creatives
  • Not one path. Yours. We support all kinds of growth: leadership, depth, and breadth, allowing you to choose how far and where to go
  • Paid vacation + sick leave
  • English courses
  • Apple gear, because we don’t believe in slow laptops or slow ambition
  • Company-paid lunches (because hungry brains don’t build great stuff)
