About the role

  • Leading and scaling the CMM team.
  • Owning and optimizing the full creative process from idea to launch.
  • Building, improving, and automating creative workflows and internal processes.
  • Developing concepts that drive paid traffic performance and deliver strong KPIs.
  • Collaborating closely with User Acquisition and Product Marketing teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth through creative optimization.
  • Spotting trends early and turning them into scalable growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving performance for B2C products.
  • 1+ year of managerial experience.
  • Experienced in hiring, mentoring, building creative teams, and processes in a fast-growing product environment.
  • Deep expertise in key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate).
  • Sharp understanding of target audiences and ability to turn insights into high-performing creative strategies.
  • English level: B2+.
