About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Protect the ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activity, enforce Terms of Service, and improve user experience across multiple dating app platforms
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and drive sensitive, complex escalations to resolution across Trust & Safety and member support
  • Investigate bug and app functionality reports and work with Engineering on resolution
  • Collect user feedback on new product and feature rollouts
  • Address high-pressure issues, gray areas, and policy/process changes
  • Handle sensitive content issues, including graphic content and hate speech
  • Coordinate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and outsourced partner teams
  • Contribute to or own organizational projects and drive process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Zendesk
  • Ability to understand and summarize complex cases quickly
  • Outstanding analytical skills and excellent judgment
  • Highly flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multitask and manage large email volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
