Own social listening and reputation monitoring across earned and social channels
Manage the corporate website and blog for storytelling and publishing campaign reports

Monitor social and digital sentiment tied to Trust & Safety and provide early warning on emerging issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in digital/social media management, corporate communications, or a related field
Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics) and survey-based measurement
Experience in building or supporting employer brand strategy and content
Experience managing a corporate website/CMS and blog content
Comfortable coordinating video production and digital amplification from creative brief through final delivery
Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations
Able to work across time zones and regional teams (US, Europe, International)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
