Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Trust & Safety – Temporary

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-impact regulatory projects in connection with Match Group’s portfolio of brands
- Produce and lead high-quality regulatory documentation, including risk assessments
- Use AI tools in concert with thorough human review to enhance outcomes
- Partner closely with legal and privacy stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of all written materials
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advise on operationalizing regulatory requirements into product features and system design
- Synthesize inputs from multi-stakeholder teams into cohesive narratives
- Support preparation for regulatory inquiries and external engagements
- Contribute to Safety by Design initiatives, ensuring documentation accurately reflects system behavior and risk mitigation approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in compliance, Trust & Safety, public policy, legal, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on regulatory or policy writing
- Familiarity with major global safety regulations affecting Trust & Safety
- Comfort working with AI tools like Anthrophic’s Claude
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured documents on complex topics
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into product or operational changes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside multi-stakeholder teams
- High degree of independence, ownership, and judgment
- Comfort working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content as part of Trust & Safety workflows
