About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HER
  • Drive product-led growth, owning key metrics including MAU growth, retention, and subscription performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning product, design, data, and support
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Brand to deliver high-quality product experiences
  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, deeply understanding the needs of queer women, non-binary, trans, and gender nonconforming users
  • Balance business objectives with community trust and safety
  • Establish and evolve product processes to enable efficient, high-quality product development
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling high-volume consumer mobile products
  • Experience leading subscription-based or monetized consumer products
  • 3+ years managing and developing cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, etc.)
  • Strong track record of driving measurable growth across user engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions
  • Strategic and hands-on – comfortable setting vision while also diving into execution details
  • Excellent at cross-functional leadership, influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines
  • Strong product intuition and UX sensibility
  • Deep understanding of queer communities, motivated by HER’s mission
