About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the administration and compliance of U.S. benefits programs
  • Ensure efficient communication and operational processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive success in benefits administration
  • Develop, promote, and distribute clear benefits communications
  • Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity between Workday, payroll, and benefits carriers
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of comprehensive U.S. benefits programs
  • Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of benefits administration experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
  • A solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required.
  • Proficiency in Workday is highly preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel) required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
