About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the administration and compliance of U.S. benefits programs
- Ensure efficient communication and operational processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive success in benefits administration
- Develop, promote, and distribute clear benefits communications
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity between Workday, payroll, and benefits carriers
- Assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of comprehensive U.S. benefits programs
- Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of benefits administration experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
- A solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required.
- Proficiency in Workday is highly preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel) required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
