About the role

  • Plan and execute culture-first marketing and influencer initiatives for Tinder Thailand
  • Develop and deliver localized social and digital content
  • Identify and manage brand partnership opportunities
  • Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts
  • Provide project support on high-priority initiatives as requested
  • Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and campaign documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles
  • Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials
  • A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and ideas that engage
  • Experience with influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
  • Data-aware and able to support campaign reporting
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test ideas
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools
  • Eligibility: Thai citizens or foreign nationals with valid authorization in Thailand
