About the role
- Plan and execute culture-first marketing and influencer initiatives for Tinder Thailand
- Develop and deliver localized social and digital content
- Identify and manage brand partnership opportunities
- Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts
- Provide project support on high-priority initiatives as requested
- Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and campaign documentation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles
- Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials
- A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and ideas that engage
- Experience with influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
- Data-aware and able to support campaign reporting
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to test ideas
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation/reporting tools
- Eligibility: Thai citizens or foreign nationals with valid authorization in Thailand
