About the role

  • Lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns that contribute to the brand strategy
  • Report to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure a holistic, media-driven and business-oriented approach across the entire marketing funnel – from awareness to conversion
  • Align brand messaging with business priorities and market realities
  • Own campaign budgets: plan, track, and optimize spend

Requirements

  • Lead integrated 360° marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives
  • Write campaign-specific briefs grounded in data, consumer insights and business priorities
  • Manage the marketing plan and local activations for the French market
  • Ensure brand image consistency across campaigns, content, and touchpoints
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Drive social media editorial planning, content creation, and execution
  • Monitor campaign performance in close collaboration with teams against agreed KPIs and measurement frameworks
  • Track consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market dynamics
