About the role
- Lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns that contribute to the brand strategy
- Report to the Global Marketing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure a holistic, media-driven and business-oriented approach across the entire marketing funnel – from awareness to conversion
- Align brand messaging with business priorities and market realities
- Own campaign budgets: plan, track, and optimize spend
Requirements
- Lead integrated 360° marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives
- Write campaign-specific briefs grounded in data, consumer insights and business priorities
- Manage the marketing plan and local activations for the French market
- Ensure brand image consistency across campaigns, content, and touchpoints
- Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Drive social media editorial planning, content creation, and execution
- Monitor campaign performance in close collaboration with teams against agreed KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Track consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market dynamics
