Requirements

What you’ll need

SQLによるデータ分析、データマートやデータウェアハウスの構築・運用経験（実務経験3年以上）
redash / TableauなどのBIツールでダッシュボード実装の経験（実務経験3年以上）
Coding Agentを使って分析・開発した経験
データ分析でアクションを自ら提案し、サービスの改善をした経験
生成AIを含めた最新技術へのキャッチアップ・学習意欲があること
複数の社内部門・関係者を巻き込みながら、合意形成およびプロジェクト推進を行った経験
流暢（Fluent）にコミュニケーションができる日本語能力
ビジネスレベル以上（参考：CEFR B2以上）の英語能力
オンラインデーティング業界の未来に共感しコミットできる
