About the role

  • MasteryPrep is seeking experienced educators and instructional leaders to serve as **Professional Development Presenters** delivering **ACT Instructional Mastery (AIM) workshops** to teachers and school leaders across the country.
  • **ACT AIM workshops are designed to help educators deepen their understanding of the **ACT assessment and the specific skills students must master to succeed on the exam**. These sessions focus on instructional strategies, data analysis, and classroom practices that support college readiness.
  • **Professional Development Presenters will facilitate engaging professional learning sessions covering the **ACT English, Math, Reading, Science, and Writing assessments**, guiding educators through instructional frameworks, data interpretation, and classroom application.****
  • This is primarily a **seasonal contract position during the summer months**, with the possibility of **expanded or year-round opportunities** with MasteryPrep based on performance and availability.

Requirements

  • **Required Qualifications**
  • - Bachelor’s Degree
  • - Experience in **education or instructional leadership**, such as:
  • - Classroom teacher
  • - Instructional coach
  • - Academic specialist
  • - School or district leader
  • - Experience delivering **professional development or leading adult learning sessions**.
  • - Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • - Ability to facilitate collaborative discussions and engage adult learners.
  • - Ability to travel for in-person events when required.****
  • **Preferred (Not Required)**
  • - Experience with **ACT, SAT, or other college readiness assessments**.
  • - Experience with **test preparation or data-driven instruction**.
  • - Experience facilitating **large-group professional development**.****
