About the role
- Design and oversee the creation of lesson materials across digital and print formats using AI-assisted content development workflows
- Define strong instructional approaches, examples, and explanations for lessons and practice materials
- Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and production processes to increase speed and quality
- Achieve and maintain individual key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to production output and content quality
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams in sprint cycles to rapidly develop and iterate on instructional materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing educational content (curriculum development, assessment design, or instructional materials) outside of personal classroom use
- Subject matter expert in English, Math, Science, or Social Studies
- Strong understanding of key instructional concepts, including scaffolding and test-taking strategies
- Familiarity with standardized assessments such as ACT, SAT, and EOC/EOG
- Ability to evaluate and refine instructional materials quickly and accurately
- Receptivity to feedback and ability to iterate quickly
- Strong performance on standardized assessments (ACT/SAT) is a plus
