About the role
- Analyze shipment clearance instruction documents
- Perform procedures
- Technically analyze the process from start to finish
- Train and supervise assistants and junior staff
- Comply with all internal and external rules and procedures
- Adhere to the company’s general and HR policies
- Support assistants in executing tasks
- Verify LIs (Advance and Drawback) for DI registration
- Check removal, transport, cargo presence and other updates before DI registration
- Perform verification using the reconciliation spreadsheet before DI registration
- Analyze and identify possible discrepancies
- Request necessary corrections from the responsible departments/cells
- Follow and apply procedures defined in desk procedures
- Analyze import operational activities (systems, documents, etc.)
- Control process interfaces
- Liaise with other internal and external departments
- Support, train and develop less experienced professionals
- Follow company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Perform follow-up on processes
- Register DIs in SISCOMEX
- Generate ICMS collection guides
- Perform post-registration procedures and monitor cargo
- Participate in the Quality Management System (SIM) process
