About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creating courses (content, exercises, tests) together with instructors.
  • Conducting one-on-one sessions with participants to address professional questions.
  • Delivering skills tutoring sessions.
  • Reviewing and grading final exams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting.
  • You stay up to date with digital trends and enjoy continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools into your daily work.
  • You have good to very good knowledge of DATEV.
  • Initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher/lecturer, adjunct instructor, or research assistant.
  • You hold a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have basic to good English skills, especially for understanding digital tools, technical terms, and documentation.
