About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a tutor in payroll/financial accounting, responsible for the course “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV”.
  • Provide an optimal learning experience for participants and professionally guide them through the course.
  • Develop course materials (content, exercises, tests) together with the instructor.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with participants to address technical questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll and/or financial accounting.
  • Digitally up to date and enjoy continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools into your daily work.
  • Good to very good knowledge of DATEV.
  • Initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant.
  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills.
  • Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terms, and documentation.
