About the role

  • The OPTER program aims to carry out the mid-life overhaul (OPMV) and modernization of AGC and TER2NNG trainsets within the TER fleet.
  • This is an unprecedented program in scale for SNCF.
  • In this context, MASTERIS is responsible for managing the contracts with the TER Business Units (BU TER).
  • Organized by region (plaque), the customer managers act as direct interfaces with the BU TER and the Contracting Authorities.
  • You will also act as the customer manager for the BU TER Hauts-de-France within your region.
  • Line manager for two customer managers (Normandy and Brittany).
  • Anticipate events, opportunities and risks within your scope and propose solutions to control the situation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of rolling stock/rail equipment (minimum 5 years' experience), including maintenance fundamentals
  • Experienced in leading and managing industrial projects
  • Financial awareness
  • Significant team management experience (for example, former DUO)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional conduct and diplomacy in institutional settings
  • Strong client-relationship skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Diplomacy and ability to seek compromise
  • Languages: French (required)
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office)
