About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time and part-time positions.
- Establish rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Cultivate candidate relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Conduct online searches, screen resumes, post job openings, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and host recruitment events and build partnerships with community organizations.
- Uphold MasterCorp’s online presence in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Train new managers on recruitment policies, procedures, Workday, interviewing, and selection protocols.
- Generate weekly and quarterly recruiting reports for business stakeholders.
- Develop quarterly and annual hiring forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Advise hiring managers using knowledge of local employment trends, competition, and market challenges.
- Conduct periodic reviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support managers and advise them on recruitment best practices.
- Achieve and surpass KPIs for candidate outreach, interviews, time-to-fill, hires, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Stay current on interview techniques, regulatory requirements, systemic processes, and industry trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years supporting high-volume recruitment; hourly staffing preferred.
- Four-year degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting tasks.
- ATS and job board experience; Workday preferred.
- Problem-solving skills with emphasis on questioning and listening skills.
- Business acumen and ability to communicate business needs.
- Bilingual Spanish is a requirement.
- Ability to perform required physical activities, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to travel locally for hiring events up to 10%.
