About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the client relationship within the approved budget while maximizing client value
  • Identify business expansion opportunities, generate proposals, and close new business
  • Collaborate with Business Development on RFPs, pricing, and service agreements
  • Maintain the Salesforce database for prospects and new business
  • Attend networking events and participate in trade associations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Review field notes with operations teams
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer emails
  • Oversee payroll for timely and accurate submission
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings and monthly training sessions
  • Partner with Operations to correct service deficiencies and walk sites as needed
  • Develop and implement sustainable action plans
  • Perform monthly P&L reviews with operations teams
  • Manage communication between facility locations, Office Management, and corporate departments
  • Develop onboarding schedules for new hires and account transitions
  • Manage operations team performance, including evaluating, coaching, developing, and disciplining team members
  • Use and understand the MasterMind scheduling program
  • Oversee labor and other expenses against the corporate budget
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices
  • Manage subcontractor agreements to meet quality and budget expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Five years of progressive management responsibility in a directly related field
  • Successful multi-site leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, site staff, and employees in writing and verbally
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and delegate
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with peers, management, and clients
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and after hours
  • Locally within client sites; less than 2% overnight travel
  • Ability to perform required physical demands, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, occasional climbing, and repetitive motions
