Regional Director of Operations – Healthcare
MasterCorp, Inc.Regional Director overseeing healthcare operations and managing client relationships at MasterCorp, Inc. Leading multi-site operations and ensuring quality standards in the healthcare industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee sales, operations, and financial well-being of the Region.
- Maintain existing clients, generate proposals and close new business to achieve financial and sales goals for the Region.
- Collaborate with MCS Business Development to ensure operational efficiencies for current and future growth.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer visits and inspections for quality control and contract compliance.
- Assists in payroll review and conducts operations meetings and training.
- Manages Region’s budget, payroll, supplies and any other required budgets.
- Reviews and approves subcontractor invoices.
- Ensures that MCS’ policies and procedures are followed by managers and supervises operations team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years of progressive management responsibility in a field directly related to this position with successful multi-site responsibilities; required.
- Ten years’ experience in facility operations preferably within an education/campus facility preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and highly effective interpersonal skills. (Bilingual Spanish a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
- Self-motivated team player with a high sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficient in Orange QC or other common facility management, quality management, and work order monitoring tools.
- Work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.
