About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels.
Diagnosing issues, enhancing managerial capabilities, and applying action-driven training solutions to elevate performance.
Implement newly developed training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices.
Collaborate with divisional leadership to prioritize training efforts, support new site launches, and address challenges at underperforming sites.
Utilize learning technologies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives and track learning completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or related field or equivalent relatable work experience.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations leadership, training management, or similar roles focused on enhancing site performance within the hospitality industry.
Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish or Creole.
Effective knowledge of adult learning principles, presentation skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong proven ability to diagnose training needs and develop tailored action plans in collaboration with site leaders.
Proficient in learning technologies, Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
