About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels.
  • Diagnosing issues, enhancing managerial capabilities, and applying action-driven training solutions to elevate performance.
  • Implement newly developed training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices.
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership to prioritize training efforts, support new site launches, and address challenges at underperforming sites.
  • Utilize learning technologies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives and track learning completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or related field or equivalent relatable work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations leadership, training management, or similar roles focused on enhancing site performance within the hospitality industry.
  • Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish or Creole.
  • Effective knowledge of adult learning principles, presentation skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong proven ability to diagnose training needs and develop tailored action plans in collaboration with site leaders.
  • Proficient in learning technologies, Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
