About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives, focusing on driving engagement and revenue in Japan/APAC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure strong ICP targeting and funnel progression.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation and targeting, scheduling, deployment, and optimization.
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of regional demand generation programs, including key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend new strategics and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results.
  • Support initiatives to expand AI use cases within the demand generation and broader marketing functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • 4-6 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation or ABM in Japan/APAC; knowledge of the life sciences industry a plus.
  • An understanding of demand generation and ABM principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase (or equivalent tools).
  • Genuine interest in learning and executing AI tools and capabilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
