About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute the Property & Casualty Insurance Secular Shift go-to-market strategy across North America
  • Expand Mastercard’s footprint, grow market share, and strengthen leadership in the Property & Casualty Insurance segment
  • Work cross-functionally across Commercial and New Payment Flows to partner and cross-sell solutions
  • Engage clients, identify high-potential opportunities, build the sales pipeline, and close deals
  • Drive commercialization with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery stakeholders
  • Develop and communicate a needs-based, customer-centric Property & Casualty Insurance narrative
  • Support client-facing negotiations and lead or co-lead key deals
  • Track and manage pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools
  • Champion internal alignment across product groups, Finance, Sales Excellence, and senior leadership
  • Develop SMB growth strategies and scalable issuer-portfolio models
  • Create client materials, training sessions, and use-case content for SMB opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of POS and invoice payments in the Property & Casualty Insurance segment
  • Understanding of the systems and infrastructure supporting the Property & Casualty Insurance segment
  • Understanding of payment options enabled by segment systems
  • Understanding of issuer and acquirer behavioral drivers
  • Ability to identify high-value use cases and articulate compelling value propositions
  • Ability to translate strategy into adoption and spend growth
  • Ability to lead through influence across product, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights for prioritization and decision-making
