About the role

  • Develop and execute launch plans for major releases, add-ons, and new solutions
  • Create positioning and messaging that speaks to CNC programmers and shop owners
  • Define and refine buyer personas
  • Equip our global sales team and reseller network with the tools they need
  • Train internal teams and channel partners on product positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Monitor competitive landscape and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
  • Gather voice-of-customer feedback through user groups, events, and direct engagement
  • Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to develop product-focused campaigns
  • Manage and develop direct reports, building a high-performing product marketing function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years in product marketing, preferably in B2B software or manufacturing technology
  • Experience marketing technical products to technical audiences
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to quickly understand product and technical concepts
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Experience managing people and building team capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Solid project management skills
