About the role
- Develop and execute launch plans for major releases, add-ons, and new solutions
- Create positioning and messaging that speaks to CNC programmers and shop owners
- Define and refine buyer personas
- Equip our global sales team and reseller network with the tools they need
- Train internal teams and channel partners on product positioning and competitive differentiation
- Monitor competitive landscape and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Gather voice-of-customer feedback through user groups, events, and direct engagement
- Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to develop product-focused campaigns
- Manage and develop direct reports, building a high-performing product marketing function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years in product marketing, preferably in B2B software or manufacturing technology
- Experience marketing technical products to technical audiences
- Strong technical foundation and ability to quickly understand product and technical concepts
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Experience managing people and building team capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot experience a plus)
- Solid project management skills
