About the role
- Lead and mentor the HR team; provide instruction, coaching, and direction in day-to-day workflow of HR.
- Oversee benefits administration and employee relations area, ensuring team delivery of high-quality HR services and benefits.
- Drive, support, guide, and facilitate change initiatives.
- Perform diagnosis, development, implementation, and coordination of change management activities.
- Oversee the organizational performance management processes.
- Maintain an open door and facilitate continuous communication with a focus on creating a positive work environment.
- Establish an Open Door for both individual contributors and management team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and local geographic statutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- 10+ years progressive Human Resources experience.
- Proven experience managing/leading change management, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and supporting HR principles, practices, and policies.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment.
- Well-organized, attention to detail.
