About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
- - Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- - Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for different audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- - Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- - Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions.
- - Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses.
- - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- - Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- - Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development.
- - Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
- - Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- - Minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in a technical role.
- - At least **1–2 years of experience** in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- - Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:
- - Software Solutions
- - Cloud Computing
- - Cybersecurity
- - Networking
- - Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
- - Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear business value to clients.
- - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- - Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.
- - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
