About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
  • - Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
  • - Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for different audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
  • - Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • - Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions.
  • - Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses.
  • - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • - Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • - Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development.
  • - Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
  • - Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • - Minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in a technical role.
  • - At least **1–2 years of experience** in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
  • - Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:
  • - Software Solutions
  • - Cloud Computing
  • - Cybersecurity
  • - Networking
  • - Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
  • - Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear business value to clients.
  • - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
