• Test planning, test design, and test case development.
• Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis.
• Test reporting, quality metrics, and release validation.
• API Testing (Postman, Swagger, REST Assured).
• Database Testing and SQL validation.
• Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, or Cypress.
• Performance Testing using JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience in AI evaluation (AI Evals), benchmarking, and validating Large Language Model (LLM) responses against defined quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
